Choiceshops Limited have taken a new lease on unit E Stafford Park 18, the company's chief executive officer Stephen Harpin said, moving is a complete diversion for the company. We were looking for a way of moving into a large unit, with a flexible enough landlord to enable us to cost effectively grow into the unit over the next few years. This would provide some stability for the staff, and maintain the business focus on our customers. We had no success in finding what we wanted, having approached all of the landlords with suitable properties in Telford, and had started to look in the Wolverhampton area. Then we contacted Telford & Wrekin Council, and asked for their help. Having understood the issues we faced, they worked with us to develop a very flexible deal that met our requirements. As a consequence, we were able to keep the company in Telford and have acquired the space to grow our business. Having created 35 jobs in four years, we expect to employ another 10 people locally over the next 12 months, with the potential for many more over the years.

After undertaking refurbishment works to the unit we moved in within 8 weeks of the initial phone call. Estates & Investment moved fast to broker us a good a deal, and agree a fixed moved in date which they kept to. It was a very fast and cost effective exercise, and we would look at renting more units from Estates & Investments in the future
